Robert S Hannan, make sure you research before you retain. Often times these days, many people find themselves in legal dispute and discord with either another person whom they barely know or even a business or a spouse and so, we find ourselves totally depending on not only the legal system but our attorneys to guide us on through whatever legal troubles that might be plaguing us at the time.
But what happens when we unknowingly hire a bad attorney to represent us in a court of law? Or better yet, find an unethical attorney opposing us that moreover, resorts to scare tactics in order to lead and badger us into doing something that isn't advantages to our wants, wishes or legal goals? Not good in my opinion.
Again, what occurs, When the opposition attorney violates our civil rights and our counsel doesn't seem to be coherent to the fact and allows the other side to have their way with us.
