On March 07 I called Cox Communications for service... On. This day I spoke with a customer service rep who went by the name of Debra... She was at ext 1231... I asked her to sign me up for the 30/30/30 plan that was being advertised by cox...
She signed me up for all three services, then advised me that my bill every month would be 139.00 a month... I asked her why it was so high as that is not what the company was advertising, she said it was do to my credit report and I said there was nothing in the advertisment that stated credit checks for the bundle package... Then she said it was tax and service fee's added to it...
I said ok' I will take it as ' I didn't have a choice in my area for another service' besides direct and didnt want to sign a 2 year contract... Well a month went by, and I recieved my first bill in the mail today... The bill was 289.
