I signed up for Internet Service w / Charter Communications Nov. 11. They were having a promotion of $29.99 per month for 12 months, so I took them up on it. This Month, February, Charter sent my bill and it was $43.19. I called and found out they raised my bill because I did not buy any other services from them. I asked about the 12 month agreement, and was told "thats what the price is, and if I'd like to cancel, she would transfer me to the dis-connect dept." This came out of the mouth of a Supervisor!!! I will be disconnecting my service, never to again employ Charter Communications!!!
