I have a major issue with Clarksville Gas and Water. I looked my bill up online on 4/6 because I knew it was past due. I wanted to make sure I made a payment before my services were cut off.
When I looked up my bill online the only date that showed was a "Due date April 27". That led me to believe I had until that day to pay it in full. My service was cut off on 4/10. The company charged me a reconnection fee of $50.00 to have the service turned back on within 2 to 3 hours.
The other issue I have is the fact that I just sent them an $80.00 payment on 3/9. Just one day after a month since I made my last payment they turn my service off. I just think they are trying to profit on reconnection fees.
