I have been a loyal Zappos customer for quite a few years now, and until recently have been thrilled with their service. However, since they were sold to Amazon, their customer service has been not up to par.
Previously I would receive next day delivery routinely, and was designated a "VIP" customer due to my volume of purchases guaranteeing next day service. Have recently had items take 3-5 days to arrive.
Also have had items arrive worn and scuffed - obviously used.
In addition, have recently been notified that their site was not secure and that my personal credit card info could have been compromised.
Very hesitant to keep shopping there after these experiences. Not the same company they once were. Pity.
