I'd heard about Zappos great customer service but recently when I bought the Pediped Naomi in silver for my 3 month old daughter and they arrived with a small scratch on top I got to experience it first hand.
They sent me a replacement pair, no charge and sent me a call tag so I wouldn't have to pay return shipping.
Plus, both times we rec'd the shoes literally the next day! Amazing, I don't know how they do it.
And, to top it all off their reps are actually so, so NICE when you call to do a return/exchange - I'm so used to dealing with grouchy, rude phone reps Zappos is a breath of fresh air.
Impressive!
