I had my eye exam at Shopko and purchased a pair of glasses. I waited 2-3 weeks to get my glasses, which was acceptable. However, everything was blurry. They adjusted the glasses a few different ways and finally I thought I would go home and let my eyes adjust. That never happened! I stopped at Shopko on three occassions for readjustments to try and get the glasses to fit and vision to improve. Finally, I went to LensCrafters. They said that the no-line bifocal was too high on the lens. No wonder everything was blurring! I went back to Shopko, they denied that it was the bifocal. They gave me another eye exam and ordered new lens. The new lens are better because the bifocal is lower. However, they also cut back my prescription... So I'm back to where I started - I struggle with small print and things far away are not clear. I will NEVER go back there for glasses! It cost me $700 - the same as LensCrafters AND I now need to see a real optical center to get a new eye exam and new glasses.
