I am a repeat customer of Lenscrafters. Went to Inland Center Mall in San Bernardino, Ca to get exam and glasses. The exam was pretty thorough. The optomitrist was professional enough at this time. Although, when I did get my glasses three days later, (bifocals), it was totally the wrong percription. At that time, I went to the Hemet, Ca store do to my location and was re-examined. The Doctor agreed that this was the wrong perscription and ordered another pair. At that time I told the Dr. That I wanter to see at approximatley 22 to 24 inches with the bifocal part. IAt the counter, I reiterated that the lens be set to see at 22 to 24 inches. Another 3 day wait!!! I picked up the glasses. Again, the perscription was not correct as the focal point had been set at about 15 to 16 inches. Total frustation... Now after uncomfortably using the glass for 4 months The material used to make the glasses are so scratched that I cannot use them. I have a pair of sunglasses that don't have a scratch on them. I treat both glasses the same way.
