Andy Paid this attorney $1250 Cash did nothing and is now refusing to pay any money back

Paid this attorney cash $1250 for representation. He was supposed to make sure I got to see my kids at Christmas I never did so i did not pay him any more money. I have asked him for a refund but he basically has told me to go f*k myself.
