I was very disappointed in the service we received when our TV needed repair. It took 6 weeks /- to get our TV back from being repaired. We were not allowed to extend our warranty, but in my opinion our warranty should have been extended an additional 6 weeks without charge since we did not even have a TV. When we purchased the TV and other items at H H Gregg, the sales people were all eager tp help, but if they think they are not getting money the help is gone!!! Just thought this might help someone else. I know it would have helped me!!!
