Phresh Ta Def hires people to hire other people. The problem is they offer a job to anyone that can come up with $1250.00 licensing fee to CSR Pro Technologies. We were all told that the licensing fee was for an outside agency, but then we found out that the owner of Phresh Ta Def is also the owner of CSR Pro Technologies, which is Robert Marshall. They tell you they will pay you $30.00 an hour.
I was an employee there for a whole 6 days after I paid the $1250.00 licensing fee. I was told the licensing fee was for equipment that no one received. After working there 6 days, they took everyone off the schedule because they said they were doing performance evaluations. 8 days later, after not hearing from them for the whole 8 days we all got an e-mail from the company saying they were discontinuing the CSR work from home position.
We all then received another e-mail saying that we needed to sign two contracts that rescinds the position and we will be paid for our hours worked out of the $1250.00 equipment licensing fee that we all paid. The second contract was for the refund for the remainder of the $1250.00 less our hours paid and less a $200.00 monthly service fee (I did not have to pay the $200.00 because I was not there for a month.
For instance, I paid $1250.00 for the licensing fee and I worked 27 hours, my pay for those hours after taxes is $739.12 and my equipment reimbursement fee is $510.12 which is at total of $1250.00, the initial amount I paid for the licensing fee, I paid myself. I was suppose to get paid on June 25 and today is June 28 and I have not received any money. They said I will not get any money until I sign the two contracts.
I have signed the contracts and faxed it back to the company along with a memorandum that tells them they are making me sign something under duress because if I don't sign the contracts, I will not get any money. It's a long memo telling them how they are wrong for what they are doing. I paid $1250 and I'm only getting back $510.88, how can that be? They are the biggest scam out there, I am one of 30 employees that has worked for them and was scammed. About 4 people loaned Robert Marshall $30,000.00 and none of them are getting their money back. He's a scam artist and he needs to be locked up for what he has done to all of us.
