I was billed in June for a long distance call made to the UK, 4 minutes in duration at the rate of $16.00. I don't have long distance available on my home phone and was not even home the date and time of the alleged call.
This company offers no phone number for me to reach them and dispute this bill and their website offers me no help either. So, I am attempting to dispute this by mail at this time.
I just recieved another bill with $4.95 in late charges bringing my false balance to $20.95. The date and time of this call was June 5 at 11:23A.M. Where at that time I was attending my sister's baby shower. So, it is impossible to have made this call.
