After I received the bill from National One Telecom, I tried to contact them. There was no way to find a contact phone number. Then I tried to use its website to contact the customer services. When National One Telecoms website was loading, I was asked by the website to install their plugin. I denied installing this plugin because How I could trust the codes written by National One Telecom. Who knows that was not another trap?
I am working with my atterney on this. Also, I have filed consumer complaint to the State Atterney's office at Illinois. What can we do more to push National One Telecom out of business?
