Tralee Telephone ripoff false charges on telephone bill

On my telephone statement for May and June charges were includes for USBI. I called my local provider they assured me that USBI / tralee telephone were not a long distance provider. I emailed them (usbi) with a responce that (DONT LOOK AT ME) i guess usbi is a billing contractor. The total i paid is $16.47 for May and i will not pat any more!!!
