We had been on a 7 week vacation to Branson, TN and Alabama camping in our motor home. We left home April 18 and returned June 6. When I looked at our Verizon bill for May I found a charge made by Hoorizon Telecom for a long distant plan which I did not authorize. We tried to call them and get it straightened out but then again in June they were charges again for this same company and then again in July. To date they have charged me for $44.24 for something I did not want or authorize. I tried to talk to Verizon to see if they could get it stopped but they were not much help. Tonight I have once again sent an e-mail to Horizon Telecom telling of the problem. I am a senior and I feel I have been taken advantage of.
