Free Quote PayPal'd Jan and Mark the purchase price for a horse, and they sold it out from under me to a buyer for more money, AFTER they received my money. It appears that they did the same thing to the person

Purchased a 2010 Thoroughbred filly from Jan and Mark Robbins named Free Quote.invested $200 (via Paypal) into radiographs for her hock and then Paypal'ed the Seller $1020 for the price of the horse. 15 days later the Seller sold the horse to another party at a higher price, using my radiographs. Seller is refusing to send me the radiographs, or refund the radiograph costs. As of today I have not received my refund for the purchase price. Seller is refusing to refund it via Paypal.
