For the past two months, we've been overcharged for the minutes used. If you simply total the number of minutes up, by hand, they don't equal what the computerized bill states.
We approached them via the Internet, the customer service line, the retail store and where possible spoke with the manager or supervisor.
In EVERY case, we were told, the bill is correct and we couldn't even get them to total by hand.
This month, the same thing happened.
Why?
We believe that it's because we're at the end of our contract. We've had T-Mobile since 2003. If we change the minutes, then it extends the contract by ANOTHER 2 years, a mistake we made just before the contract expired two years ago.
What we've done:
We are only paying the contracted amount and if they cancel the phone, they cancel. We've written a letter that was submitted with the payment (check).
We're DONE. We've gone out of our way to make this right.
