WORLDCOM WIRELESS is the worst mobile telephone company that has a very, very, very terrible service!!! It is such a horrible nightmare for me!!!

Every month, they sent me the mobile telephone bill with the wrong total amount on it. I had to call them up every month to get the correct amount!!! The number that they gave it to me to call which is always busy. Sometimes, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes.

I requested them to make sure the total amount of my phone bill before they sent it to me for few time. But nothing happened!!! For the whole year, they keeped on sending me the wrong amount telephone bill!!! And it is not it! The more terrible things is that they charge money not base on what is on your contract sometimes.

What I mean here is: My service plan is 125 anytime minutes and 1000 night and weekends minutes. What they did is: they sent me the $524.87 bill in March because they charged me base on the service plan that only has 125 anytime minutes for the whole month. That was not the most painful part yet.

The most painful part is: When I called the customer service to clarify, the lady was screaming at me and told me she didn't care what is on my contract, all she saw on her screen is that I only have 125 anytime minutes for the whole month!!!

Finally, I was able to find the person to tell me what to do with that mistake after I have been made few phone calls to the customer service. I copied my contract and sent it to them. After two weeks, I called them again. They gave me a confirmation number and told me they needed three week to give me the credit back. I didn't know what was the correct amount that I had to pay, but they told me tht I had to pay whatever amount on the bill first, otherwise, they are going to charge me for the late payment fee. God, it is they mistake, but I have to pay for it!!!

Finally, they gave me $124.56 credit back, but it wasn't seems the right amount to me by comparing to the amount that I calculated by myself. So I asked them to go over the payment with me and explain to me how they got that amount from. They refused to do that and just kept on telling me whatever amount that they gave it to me is the right amount!!!

I am getting so tired with this, and today is the last day of my contract. I canceled all the service that I have with WORLDCOM WIRELESS and I am so happy that I finally get rid of my horrible nightmare!!!:)

I paid for my mistake: Chose the wrong company!!!: (: (: (

For people that are not going to make the same mistake that I did, and want a happier life, here is the strong suggestion from me: Don't choose WORLDCOM WIRELESS as your mobile telephone company!!!

If you couldn't find any other mobile telephone company in the world other than WORLDCOM WIRLESS, go buy yourself a phone card, use your home phone or don't call at all!!!
