Don't commit to contract with this person or company. He took my money and left my house project completely unfinished. Don't buy his "pay for the materials first and I will refund you the money" bit. He did not pay me back and took everything before finishing at least 1 weeks worth of work. He is the scary nightmare every customer has - leave unfinished with all the money!!
