Overall, this project went horribly. Not only did we not get the services we paid for, but we were also treated very poorly. After discussing a project plan with the company in advance, they agreed to begin work on the project. They were supposed to build a pool. Although we paid for the full project, the team left mid-way with our money and left us with an unfinished project. As a pool service company, it is their responsibility to make sure that their construction meets local standards and regulations for pool size and safety. Mid-way through the project, when we realized the pool needed to be expanded by several feet, we brought this to their attention.instead of correcting their mistake by digging a few extra feet, they tried to charge us an unusual amount on top of the initial payment we made for the full project. When we tried to negotiate this amount with them, they were completely unresponsive.instead of working with us, they came to our home, took all of their equipment, and left with our money. Leaving the unfinished project behind. We will never use this service again.
