This person left the retaining wall project without finishing it and still owed me 600 dollars worth of labor and materials. Even though a legal contract was in effect it was worthless. It's uncertain to where he's living now because he's left his last address. If you've checking the web wanting to check on this person's reputation, take heed and do business with someone else.
After several attempts and request to finish the job he promised to complete the wall project but never did. I even brought the case before a small claims court in order to recoup the money.
David Danforth is totally dishonest in his dealings whether or not you have a legal contract makes little difference to him. If you still decide to have any type of work done by him be absolutely sure you, do not pay any money ahead of time until the work is completely done to your satisfaction.
