Dunkin donuts located in Gilbert, AZ (Rittenhouse) location was the best DD i have ever experienced. Recently, within the last two months it has gotten horrible. I stop by using the DT on a daily basis for coffee and donuts, but always seem to get the last serving from the pot. I started going in the store so I can specifically ask if fresh HOT coffee is available. The answer is always "yes" however, it never fails that I have to go back inside after purchasing to let them know my coffee is barely warm. I often invite the employee to stick his finger in and tell me what he thinks. Why can't they provide HOT coffee to their customers? I drive 10 minutes to this location because it was the best, but now I need to find a new location. The employee at DD should know who I am by now. It is a waste having a DT when one has to come out of their vehicle to go in and get a hot cup of coffee.
