I would like to inform everyone about the rudest manager in the company that I have come across in all my dealings with Aaron's. Lonnie straight out called me a liar to my face about things that had to do with my account in the store. When I talked to Lonnie about how the account had been discussed and worked out with the account manager in the store, his response was that it was his account manager and it did not matter what we worked out with him, because Lonnie is the manager and he works out the deals only.
So basically the employees there are only meant to take money. Also, the employees can charge you whatever, monthly or semi-monthly, no matter how your account is set up. Lonnie told me that being a Gold Club member at Aaron's is basically nothing other than a way to get your business back, and that it is worth nothing more than the paper it is printed on.
So to all in this area who see this and read it: buyer beware of this manager.
