I have been with Sum Com for several years now and all of my family was with them too. Now at this time I and my sister are the only two left with them. Just my family, Sun Com has lost 6 customers and are about to lost 2 more, mine and my daughters.
I called customer service and asked them about the text messaging and the lady told me that I was charged cause I sent a message... The only text messages that are on my account that are free are the ones that are recieved, the ones that are sent to me! I can not send any but I can recieve them for free!
I have the unplan platinum for 1 year at 60.00 a month just for my plan and another 30.00 for my daughters phone per month and the plan does not cover text messaging that I send out only incoming messages! Now that is a bunch of bull... I asked the custmer service about this and said that it wasn't right and she informed me that she wass not going to argue with me and I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me that she wouldn't argue with me either! I left a message for her at her voice mail, now lets see what happens.
