Well, if it seems to good to be true, then it probably is. I too was duped into the Norvergence Scam. They contacted me in Dec and by the time that I found out they were having trouble I have already paid $1200 and my service has never been hooked up. They kept telling me that they were running behind in the installation department. The box has been hanging on the wall, plugged in, sucking power, but it is not hooked up!
Meanwhile, I have called Celtic Bank in Utah and they have told me that I must keep making payments, that this is a rental agreement and if the equipment is not working, that doesn't affect them. I have great credit, which is probably why I was chosen, but when I don't make any more payments, we will see what it does to me, but I sure am not paying around $25,000 over 5 years for a do nothing machine!
I know I am in a large group of people who have been mislead and who will not let this go without a fight.
The actions of a few dishonest people have great consequences for the many honest ones.
