Norvergence was a scam company that promised to save us money with our telephone expense. They sold our account to Dolphin Capital Corp They insisted we pay 5 year contract.in the meantime norvergence never took over our lines (never supplied the service.)
Their matrix box that was used was never hooked up to anything but a outlet the box is worth nothing because it is nothing but a box the stress from norvergence and dolphins was horrible This has been going on since august when a man walked into our company selling us a nothing service.
