READ! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME. Go to the BBB or Better Business Bureau Web site... This Company Is in Major trouble. They have No Rating worse then an F-. Scroll down to the Government Action section. Rip Off People! Google complaint - Even Past Employees tell how they were treated if they didnt sell. ARS/Resue Rooter did this same thing here where I live - They bought a good company and run it into the ground with fraud. Just as they will do to Buetler in Sacramento! Call the Attorney Generals Office in Arizona - Call the BBB personally. If your are a great Blue Collar Tradesman in Hvac or Plumbing - Why would you work for such a Bad Organization.
Here is a copy/paste from Attorney General Tom Horne in Arizona thats on this companys "Better Business Bureau" Website
Here is a Copy/Paste from the Better Business Bureau Web Site - Government Actions On September 15, the Arizona Attorney General filed a complaint against American Residential Services, LLC and related companies with the Superior Court of the State of Arizona. The complaint alleges that these companies have engaged in the following practices: mailing deceptive solicitations to consumers; taking advantage of elderly consumers by using scare tactics to sell unnecessary HVAC and plumbing systems; installing solar water heaters without a license; using deceptive sales practices to insure that consumers do not exercise their three day cancellation rights; and offering misleading or useless warranties and guarantees. The court filing seeks a permanent injunction prohibiting the companies from operating an HVAC business in Arizona. It also seeks civil penalties of up to $10,000 for each violation of the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act, restitution for consumers and an additional $10,000 civil penalty for each occurrence of professional licensing violations under Title 32 of Arizona Revised Statutes.
Some how, this company is able to erase certian reviews like google/yahoo/yelp.
They now buy good hvac and plumbing company's and run them in the ground by naming the company for example American Residential Services DBA (Doing Business As) - then the name of who they bought. They want $10,000 - $20,000 for there systems. My neighbor paid over $14,000. Must be corprate/managemet bonus's - no different then the big banks and alike
