I contacted this company because I had water pouring out of my garage due to a deteriorating water pipe. ARS Plumbing came out to my home, repaired one (of several) leaks on my main water pipe and considered their job done. When they left my home, they charged me $1250 to repair one of the leaks then told me it would cost $3000 to repair the other leak (On the same pipe, mind you!). Prior to leaving my home, the ARS tech told me that I still had a leak and advised me to watch my water bill to confirm it and call them back if the water bill is still high! This is after I paid premium dollars for their special "Leak Detection" equipment service.
When I tried to contact the company, they would NEVER return any of my phonecalls and they apparently avoided me. Now my entire downstairs has flooded and caused severe personal damage to property and pulmonary health issues related to the large amount of moisture maintained in my home due to the water continuing to soak my foundation, slab, walls and floors.
The only response I have gotten from this company is that they did their job when they fixed the first leak; the second leak is my problem.
