I am a regular at this particular Dunkin donuts and honestly I don't understand how a franchise of such a huge company could be run so badly. I've wasted more money and time than I'd like to think about in that place, between the horrible coffee, the sloppily thrown together, half frozen sandwiches, the disrespectful staff and the overall dirtiness of the place.
In one I'll fated visit I went in to this Dunkin donuts and ordered my regular French vanilla flavored coffee. What was given to me instead was some kind of rancid mixture of burnt, stale coffee, and what seemed to me like like every flavored coffe they have. And I won't go on about the two times I've gone in and there was no one there to take my order. This was at 3:30 in the afternoon.
I refuse to waste any more money there and I hope anybody reads this will do the same.
And someone should look into the bug problem they have all over there donuts.
