Henris Cloud Nine is nothing special. Its a little bitty store in a little bitty place with little bitty people with little bitty brains running the place! They are just fine if you just give them some money and leave. Why not! BUT as soon as there may be an issue... Beware. They put up all their roadblocks so that you cannot get through to anyone. Sure, they say they will take a message (in thin air) but you will never get a call back from them.

Prom/Homecoming are special events that involve shopping experiences between mother/daughter. Our shopping experience was horrible. The sales people did nothing but say "that looks nice" when it was obvious that is it wasn't. They went in the back for a smoke or something cuz we saw him two times during the entire 3 hours we were there! It was crowed and nasty. WE should have left but we drove an hour to get there. Unfortunately we finally settled on a second dress when I refused to buy the first dress that I would have to pay another $75 on alterations. The designer was there and said how wonderful the dress looked on her... Did everything but backflips. Long story short of it was we ORDERED the dress (we needed to leave by2 to get back home for an event).

On our way home my daughter looked at the photos that I took of her and her expression changed. She said that she didn't think she really liked the dress on her afterall. Of course I wasn't happy but called the shop the same day-4 hours later. Store Mnger (who is about 20) answered. I told her I wanted her to pull my order from her counter and not process it. She said that it already went through and store policy is no returns, no exchanges. Asked to talk to designer-said he's gone. Owner-nope! I have made several phonecalls to try to come to some sort of resolution. Stay away from this store. They are greedy blood sucking vulchers that do not care about you! My issue could have been resolved during my first phone call and I would have gone away and nothing good/bad would have come from it. I have hired an attorney, informed you and the Better Business Burea. Facebook-watchout!!
