Poor Management/Brand new prom dress/Not Fixed/Would not exchange for the same dress or return

I bought a 600.00 dollar dress form Joplin mo store and after bringing it home I got to looking at it and found several beads that were lose and were even missing along with the loops inside the dress were broke as well. So I call the same day and told them they said "will be glad to fix it". I was pleased. When I dropped dress off they said it would only take a day I ended up calling the store 6 days later. The lady said "We do not have it here" She gave me the number to call so I called. She did not have the dress either. I finally got my call back on my dress 3 days later. So I went to pick up dress after they were suppost to fix it, Got it home and still beads were not fixed and missing and the inside of the dress was not either. I took it back again and wanted them to just order me a new one online just like it as I looked on line the night be for and they had it in stock. They would not do that. They said "We can not do that, we can fix it. We do not do refunds or exchanges". So I had no choice but to let them try to fix it for a second time. This is wrong. I paid good money for this dress that I thought was brand new and it doesn't even look like it is brand new. The bead work is terrible. I didn't even get to talk to the manger this is BAD SEVICE. Poor service and POOR MANAGMENT PERIOD. I will never buy another dress from this location ever again.
