I bought my daugther new dress for $300.00. My daughter had breast cancer 5 years ago and needed the dress to be altered to fit good. We left the dress at the business so the owner could add straps and alterater the bust. A few days later my daugher called to set up an appointment. No one answerd so she left a message. The owner did not reurn the call. A week passed and my daughter called again. She went to the shop and got fitted a week later, she picked up the dress.
When she got it home, we discovered it was not the dress we bought. She gave us a used rental dress. We bought a tube top dress. The dress the owner gave us was a sweet heart cut. It was used, beads were missing and the bone in the bust was broke. But the worst thing was the dress has mites! You can see them in the stich line. The owner insisted that the dress she gave us was the dress we bought. She was not willing to do anything for us. She went on to say, Look at the receipt, It says on it NO Returns! She was right. The recipt said No Returns! She is a good CON ARTIST! Her reciepts are desiged in her favor as then reciept she gave us did not have any way to identifiy the dress we bought on our reciept. All it said was Dress $300.00. She said we were stuck with the dress and did not care about customer satisfaction.
