My son won $100 through a bottle cap during the Mountain Dew Extreme Cash Contest. The instructions were to mail in the bottle cap and get $100. He sent the bottle cap by Insured Mail and insured it for $100 and paid $2.03 on January 31,1997 to mail it in. As of today 7/4 he still has not received the $100 from them! The USPS number on the receipt is V-671 179 118
