Apparently, DSL Extreme bought the Internet Service Provider that I bought DSL service from. The old company sent me a letter saying that a new company, DSL Extreme, would provide service unless I decided to switch to another company.
I looked DSL Extreme up online and noted many, many complaints. Based on that review, I signed up with Verizon for DSL service. DSL extreme continues to bill me for service I never received, month after month. This is a very BAD company, which obviously is in business to fleece "customers". I talked to them again today and they told me they have cancelled the non-existent service for "nonpayment". Non-payment for what? Read the online reviews and beware of doing business with this company
