I ordered a camo buck hoodie for a Christmas present online. I received a confirmation e-mail and it stated that this one particular item is on back order and will ship on 12/17. Today, 12/23 I have not received my item. I called Gander Mountain and was told that the manufacturer had discontinued the item. Why wouldn't Gander Mountain send me an e-mail letting me know this so I can purchase another item? Very disappointing since I have 1 shopping day left. At lease notify your customers when things like this occur. Common courtesy to your customers would be appreciated. Will not longer order anything from Gander Mountain online.
