The name of the company is Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals. I became aware of this company by the numerous commercials airing on TV. The advertisement claimed to give me a 30-day free trial of the product. When I went to the website to place the order, all I had to pay for was the shipping and handling.
Thirty days later, and I receive a shipment in the mail, containing two packages of the product and a note stating that I am to be billed $70 for this shipment. I called the Customer Support number, and advised that I never agreed to this, and she stated that she could do nothing about the $70, and all I was able to do was to cancel my membership. I am very aggravated and frustrated by this sneaky and tricky business behavior.
