Please do not accept offers from HSBC or Orchard Bank! Their policies are inconsistent. Their customer service stinks and they employees are rude and uneducated. I have also had the displeasure of speaking with a Supervisor at that company and her attitude was even worse than the reps. This company expects for you to make a payment on time but once you pay, it takes up to 14 days for the payment to post to your account!!! They offer several "convienent" ways to make your payments but charge $15 for the most convienent.
Then when you ask then why does it take up to 14 days for the payment to post, they cant explain it! Their comments are "we have to make sure the payment doesnt return". You idiots! If the money is gone from our Bank then apparently its not going to return! No your company is playing around with the money or playing some scheme thats making your company money! Its ok! You can be honest! I have several friends who use this card as well and we cant all be wrong!!!
During the day when you call the company you are lucky to get someone who has a command of the English language. If you call after hours you'll get India's Finest!!! This company is a Ripoff!!! I wish someone could read my mind right now and put this company out of business... For Good!!
