HSBC Auto Finance Harasses Their Customers at least three or four times a day by phone. Our payment was only 17 days late and I had reported to them before that time that I had LOST MY JOB but we were planning to keep our payments current. The first caller should have documented this information and given us a confirmation number or case number that this information is filed in the system under our Account Number.instead of this, a different person who barely can speak or understand English, will call and try to get us to post date a check or give our bank account number over the phone and charge us an additional fee to make our payment. We do not make payments when the money is not in the bank! This harassment is every day and the man who invented Caller ID should be our next President! That is our only "peace-of-mind" is just not picking up the phone. We are now current with our car note but WILL NEVER USE HSBC EVER AGAIN for Financing!!!
