I ordered flowers on Monday Feb. 13 to be delivered on Tues. Feb 14, I rarely order flowers on line but my husband was out of town for the week and wanted to let him know I missed him, so after talking to him at 10 pm he never said anything and I asked him if he recieved anything, he said no. This morning I called the company and they still had not completed my order on Feb. 15, so i said to cancel my order, the man on the other end was not sure what to do so he send the request on to someone else and said it would take 48 hours to cancel and another 5 days to reimburse me for my order. I would never recommend anyone to this company, they are horrible.
