Why do you offer store pickup? Why do take the money before items are shipped? Because of these two simple tasks I will have disappointed kids on Christmas. I ordered the INNO TAB AND
IPOD TOUCH totaling over $300 and my order was cancelled after the payment was taken out of my account. Now I have to wait 10 days for the refund to hit my account and Christmas is n 9 days. I saved my money to get these items and now I have no funds to buy them else where until I get the refund. Besides those items I am still being charged for the warranties I added to both items totaling $37, why didn't the person cancel warranties after cancelling the items? I want my money for the warranties. Listen to calls made to Customer Service on DEC 14TH. The woman crying on the phone is me, as the customer service rep tells me there is nothing she can do. The IPOD TOUCH is in stock for shipping why couldn't it be shipped if the store pickup wasn't available? When I was making the purchase both items were ready for pick up NOW. Why is it NOW I have to disappoint my kids? I bought a computer from Walmart in November plus many other things, it used to be my favorite store. I even asked if I could get a gift card so I can purchase the Ipod Touch for shipping, I don't have credit cards to make another order, single mother of 2 trying to make her kids happy and now I have to explain why their letters to Santa might not have gotten there since Santa didn't bring what they asked for. Toys. Money. They are all replaceable but Christmas and memories with your kids aren't. I can cry thinking about how big their smiles would have been Christmas morning.
