I was looking for a specific product online. Found a picture of it at imedmart.com and as it is difficult to find, ordered a case. When my case arrived, it was not what was shown on the website photo, but a new formulation instead of the old product that I was looking for. Fair enough, they didn't update their website and mistakes happen. However, now began a three-week horror story of obfuscation instead of the friendly return their website promised. Phone calls to their customer service lead to an impenetrable cam answering system with choices that lead back to the website FAQ. Polite e-mails were answered rudely, and in the manner of brushing the earnest customer away rather than trying to help him solve problems. This experience left a creepy feeling.
