I got totally confused when I found so many bad reviews in usacomplaints.com about wordsmart, because today I called wordsmart customer service during whole morning to get an authorization number for returning the product. However, I cannot hear a word from a customer service representitive but commercial voices. I trusted that I could return wordsmart if I am not satisfy with it. I was not sure that there is a person who pick up the phone in the customer service, because nobody was picking up the phone even though it was business hour. I left a voice mail in their answering machine, and I sent an email in their website asking to let me know the authorization number for return. What if I cannot contact with a customer service representative before one month trial ends? The company's customer service is so irresponsible. I hope there is a way I can return wordsmart. I only have a few days to return. What if they keep avoiding return calls, and if one month trial period ends, whose fault is it? I also want to know what happen if I do not accept the rest of their charges.
