Poor Packaging Resulting in Lost Product and Refusal to Re-Supply

I purchased three large bottles of product that totaled over $100. Imedmart packaged the product in a flimsy undersized envelope instead of a sturdy box. Needless to say the envelope split open and one of the bottles escaped in shipment. Imedmart refused to replace that one bottle.

Poor packaging and poor customer service! Since this is essentially all they have to do to fulfill an order and they fail at both, well that's pretty much the overall picture of this company as I see it.

I don't really care about to $40 I lost, it is the principal.
