Ripoff must e-mail to obtain "return authorization number" for returns but will not respond to e-mail request Ordered because of "customer satisfaction" return policy but it is a big LIE

I purchased a Sena leather case for my husband's Dell Axim x3 from PPC4You.com. I was not familier with the company but due to its "customer satisfaction" statements and return policy, I felt comfortable taking the risk.

My husband was not happy with the leather case as the pocket pc needed to be removed from the case everytime it was placed in its cradle. It was apparent that this would be difficult to do because the case was very flimsy and it was difficult to get get on and off.

The website stated that they must be e-mailed to request a "return authorization number" prior to any returns. I have now e-mailed them 6 times for a return authorization number and have gotten no response at all from them. It is very frustrating as there is no other contact listed for this company other than a fax number. This is a brand new case that was never used and was quite expensive. I strongly discourage anyone from every ordering from this company.
