James Cirigliano at Animagic Studios established a business relationship with us that we believed was professional and respectful. Once we provided services, he became delinquent in his payments, which have amassed to over $1,400.
We have made repeated efforts in email, telephone and USPS communication to reach him to settle the balance, but he has ignored us and all but disappeared. He is still doing business as Animagic Studios and probably practicing the same unethical business behavior.
