RMS Communications NEVER GOT PAID FOR MY PHONE

My iphone was received by cellforcash on 7/22/09 and was verified on 7/28/09 and I have not received any payment or information regarding a payment since. I have emailed and called the company numerous time with only one response. A person by the name of Cynthia Bauer sent me an email on 10/01/09 stating my issue was going to the accounting department to be sorted out. I have not received any information since. I have emailed the owner, Mr. Mosier on 10/18/09 with no response.

I am pasting all communications and information I have below.

July 22 email.

My final email to them on October 18Dear Mr. Mosieur and Ms. Bauer,

My phone was verified on 7/28 and I have not received a payment or email regarding a check being cut.

I have contacted your business repeatedly to find out what is going on, via email and phone.

I received an email from Ms. Bauer on 10/1 stating my issue was sent to the accounting department, I have not received any communication since.

I emailed both Mr. Mosieur and Ms. Bauer on 10/18 to give your business one last attempt to rectify this issue.

I have been extremely patient in this matter and find your business practices to be anything but reprehensible.

I am therefore going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, a fraud complaint with the Florida Attorney General and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

I am also going to compose a letter to Mr. Dawson of the Orlando Sentinel and Tom Sussi of Fox 35 who expose companies that engage in bad business practices and consumer scams.

I will also be posting all of the information I have gathered and the communication I have received on the complaint and fraud boards on the internet.
