Ripoff - get their first payment and dont send u the movies or cds and then they take money out of ur acc. Without u authorizing it internet

Took money out from first order never received it and took $30.00 for a movie out of my bank acc. That I didn't authorized made 3 checks bounce included their trans. And when called the lady said sorry sir we dont cover overdraft fee when it was their fault for taking money i didn't authorized then to take out. Ripoff
