I was informed by the Columbia House DVD Club that they were not to ship my Movies until they shipped the Dvd Player that they had offered for $25.00 mo. For 1 year. Well, they billed my credit card for the DVD Player and movies and they only sent the movies without the DVD Player. How was I to watch the movies without the player? I called the customer service and the lady had no idea what a DVD Player even was although they have her selling their Movies. They kept telling me for 2 months that they had shipped it out but weeks went by and I never received it.
Please don't let them do this to you. It really is unjust.
