I wanted to get movies and i joined a cd club through columbia house and they released my information to these people reservation rewards and i was billed for services they claimed to give me and they never did.
I was charged $7 for two months and they only gave me back my orginal 7 dollers and i called and cancelled and i told lisa the rep that worked there i wanted to cancel of course she was pleasent and gave me options to keep or get my refund.
I wanted my refund she said 3 to 5 days i would get my 14.00. I only got my 7.00. That doesn't inclued all the bank fees i got from columbia house's scam they pulled the reservation rewards is afilliated with columbia house movie club. These people went on their own and took my money that i had no idea they had information.
I never gave them permission and columbia house is also to blam. I called the better business buearu and they are looking into this the case worker is telling me that this companie was already in trouble before and he is going to get down to the bottom of this ripp off scam that columbia house and reservation rewards pulled on me.
