We hired bellapictoria (Brooke Tarvin) to do our wedding photos as well as our engagement photos of which we were supposed to recieve cds and rights to all of the photos taken. This was the biggest mistake we could have made! At the first meeting she was as nice as could be and seemed very professional. As soon as we paid her, which she wanted up front, it was terrible dealing with her. She did our engagement photos the week after we initially met with her and too this day (6 months later) we still don't nor will we ever have a cd of all of the photographs.
She continually made promise after promise to get them to us and never came through except for a few prints which didn't do a whole lot of good since the invitations were already sent out and we could make decent prints from them anyways. After dealing with this problem we knew that unfortunately we were not going to get a good result at our wedding either. She came to our wedding dressed very sloppy and didn't look presentable for the occasion at all.
In addition to that she left early and didn't take hardly any photos of our reception for which we paid for. After missed deadlines and her ignoring us we had to go to small claims court to even get the pictures. The only way we got any of the photos we did was because her husband got what he could for us so it didn't go back to court! Of the pictures we got they are HORRIBLE quality and not something of a "professional" photographer. She didn't hardly take any pictures of our families or us as a couple. Nearly ALL of our reception is missing including our first dance. I would NOT recommend her to anybody!!
